• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Must be available to work the following schedule: Part-time 25 hours: Office/Customer Service Job NOT Sales; No weekends; flexible schedule. Paid insurance course, licensing & continue education. NOT a seasonal job; No remote work. Possibility of becoming Full-time when business allows & will pay benefits.
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
